Mr. Shahzad Asghar Ali is the chairman of the Leadership Foundation, which has established a chain of colleges across Pakistan. He is also Director of Asghar Ali Holdings E.C., a Bahrain-based group, which has business interests in textiles, chemicals, real estate, perfumes and aluminium, operating out of Bahrain, Pakistan and Kenya. Born and raised in Bahrain, Mr. Shahzad Asghar Ali, is a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) from the U.S.A and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from the University of Notre Dame, U.S.A.

Mr. Samir Asghar Ali is the director of Style textile (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan, one of the leading apparel manufacturer and exporter of the country. Mr. Samir is also a non resident director of Asghar Ali Holdings E.C., Bahrain. Asghar Ali Holdings which is one of the oldest family owned group of companies in the Arabian Gulf was established over eight decades ago and has become the parent company of a large group of specialized subsidiaries that operate under its umbrella in important sectors of the middle east, namely education, manufacturing, retail, real estate, chemicals, and aluminum amongst others.
Born and raised in Bahrain, Mr. Samir moved to Pakistan in 1996 to join a venture of the group in Pakistan and started with Style Textile after completing his education from the U.S. Mr. Samir holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University and a Masters of Science degree from Philadelphia University. Mr. Samir is currently on the Board of the Entrepreneurs Organization, EO Pakistan Chapter and a charter member of the Indus Entrepreneurs and sits on many boards representing the group's interests.
